Carried out over a number of sessions, this service is aimed at individuals or small groups and examines how we can shape our interactions with ourselves and the world to gain a happier state of being.
Sessions would begin with preliminary familiarisation before moving on to a review of mood and behaviour triggers. Participants are helped to understand what is going on in the mind and body when we are faced with various triggers, helping to increasingly raise levels of self awareness. Finally, various techniques are explored to guide participants in developing their own preferred strategies for self regulation.
