Remarkable Me – Capturing Key Moments in School

The Remarkable Me project seeks to identify and record a child’s key moments in school, capturing behaviours, interactions, moments of understanding or awareness that may not shout out as obvious success in general terms, but have great significance for the individual.

These resources focus on the soft skills that are typically difficult to evidence and yet are fundamental in shaping a person’s sense of self and well-being. They can be used in one off meetings or as part of an on-going series of support sessions. Regular sessions, or even a short series of sessions, allows greater ease of evidence collection but much can be gathered from one carefully managed meeting if you can build a good rapport with an individual. The connection activities are designed with this in mind.
